Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 workdays from the time you finalise your purchase. This may vary during sales seasons. In this case, you will be notified by us and you will be given an estimated shipping date. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including all shipment details and tracking number.
Mostly orders are sent from London, United Kingdom but some of them for EU could be sent from Croatia. Depending of place of dispatch we will inform you how long your pieces is gone travel to you and also price of shipment.

If you do not like the item, please contact us within three days of receiving it. Returned items must be sent to us by registered mail with a tracking number, in their original condition and with original packaging. We will refund the purchase price of the item once we have received the item back. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Any border charges incurs by an item being returned will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

We will not be responsible for goods damaged or lost during transit. If your item has not arrived 30 days after the date of shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
